Judson Senior Living in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking an RN Supervisor. Currently hiring for a Part Time Weekend Daylight (16 hours per week) & a Part Time Evening (16 hours per week) position with our Judson Park retirement community located in historic Cleveland Heights.

*Pay Range from $34 - $37/hour (Based on Experience)*

What will I do in this role with Judson?

As an RN Supervisor, supporting our mission will include the following responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing services to residents within the professional scope of practice and as per the instructions given to by attending physicians and facility supervisory professionals.
• Assess residents for change in condition and implements appropriate action/intervention within established practice and protocol.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of care and treatment in a confidential manner within the structure of HIPPA.
• Communicate pertinent information related to unit operations and resident care to the appropriate person(s) in a timely and effective manner.
• Promotes professional nursing practices and sets leadership example for all staff on unit.

What do I need for this role with Judson?

• A graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a clear, active license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio (required)
• A minimum of two (2) years' experience in direct patient care and/or experience caring for the senior adult population; one (1) year of experience in a structured supervisory role desired.
• The ability to re-prioritize and apply critical thinking to routine and emergency situations.
• A CPR/BLS certification or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire
